The turnaround time for all keepsakes are as followed;
Each keepsake is created one at a time, in which reflects the turnaround timeframe.
If purchased and inclusions are sent past the 1 year mark, a fee will be applied to continue with your order.
The timeframe begins when I receive your package with your inclusions, NOT BY ORDER NUMBER.
The current processing time is a minimum 4 months. (this can change at any point!).
When the package arrives, you can check the Order Status page to see your order number listed.
